Local Glass Ltd Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

All orders are made to the customer specification as per customer order. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange installation.

All orders will be delivered by an approved courier or our own vehicle. Delivery will be either within 7-10 working days or 21 days from the following business day of the placement and payment of an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to orders being made to customer specifications products delivered can not be resold. Therefore, we do not offer a money back service should you no longer require the items after placing the order.

We do however offer a full money back guarantee on any units that are not to specification or as ordered online.

If you would like to apply for a refund then please send your request in writing to returns@localglass.co.uk including your order number in the subject line. Any units that need to be returned will be collected within 14 working days and a refund processed within 7 working days of receipt should the units be found to be not as ordered.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
